IMPORTANT NOTE
Do you have Application Lock turned on? A few users have reported that the passcode screen locks on launch, after updating. If this happens to you, please try going into Airplane Mode (in iPhone Settings) before launching Air Sharing. You will only have to do this once, before the first launch. Subsequent launches will be fine.
Update: We’ve isolated and resolved this problem. An update is forthcoming. We just have to put it through its QA paces before submitting to the App Store.

Hi,
I also encountered the screen lock issue after updating. The input keyboard for the passcode dissapeared after 1-2 seconds. The problem resolved only after two restarts and two hard resets of the iPhone.
Good luck with this nice app!

Hi there, I have the same problem with the passcode locking me out. Reseting it does not work. Help!
After updating Ver. 2.1, I cannot input password into this software.
How can I solve this problem?
I’d appreciate if you’d tell me how to do it.
Thanks,
Toshi
Most users resolve it by resetting: just hold down the Power and Home buttons for ten seconds, until the Apple icon appears. You may have to do that twice.
One user reported that it was fixed by doing Forget This Network in the iPhone’s wi-fi Settings.
We have isolated the problem and fixed it. After we’ve tested it thoroughly we’ll submit the new update.
Never upgrade on saturday…
Anyway, keybord reappears after restarting. Hope it’ll go on working.
Hello-
I’m unable to log on using the ID and password that I selected. Can you tell me what steps to take?
Bob
Bob, please visit http://www.avatron.com/support. There’s a link there to get you to live chat with our tech support specialist. And there’s a wealth of information from other users in the support forums, and a link to send an email to tech support.
I am unable to connect to IP address. Trying every trouble-shooting suggestion, I failed the ping test. I know only that it means I have connectivity problems. What do I do next to fix it?
Thanks,
Janet
