Avatron recognizes the importance of personal privacy to the users of its products, and accordingly only collects and uses personal information that is necessary for the optimal performance and accessible pricing of its products. This Privacy Policy explains the kinds of information that Avatron collects; how that information may be shared with third parties; the process that users can use to review and make changes to their stored information; and the process by which Avatron will notify users of changes to its policy.

Avatron products that are covered under this policy may include Air Display and future products created by or for Avatron (“Products”). Avatron services that are covered under this policy may include future services offered by or for Avatron (“Services”).

By using, registering for, or accessing the Products or Services, you agree to this privacy policy and give your consent to the uses of your personal information that are described below.

What we collect

Personally identifiable information is information, such as a person’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or social security number, that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person or can be used with other sources to uniquely identify a single individual.

Avatron does not capture personally identifiable information about its customers unless explicitly provided, such as in a newsletter signup form.

Avatron Products may also capture and pass through the content of a user’s screen from one device to another. However, this information is generally sent on a local network, and neither sent through the Internet nor captured by Avatron.

Avatron does not use or collect your precise geographic location.

No information from children

Avatron will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents and/or legal guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. We have designed our privacy policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

How personal information may be shared

Avatron may use personal information collected from you for the following general purposes: (1) to fulfill your requests for Avatron Services; (2) to improve our Products; (3) to contact you to resolve problems; and (4) to make the Services easier to use by reducing the need for you to enter information.

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the app is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Additionally, Avatron may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement; or
  • in connection with a merger or sale of company assets in which all or a portion of our business is transferred to the control of another business. If Avatron is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

How to review and make changes to stored information

If you wish to be removed from our newsletter mail list, please use the Unsubscribe link in one of the newsletters, or contact us.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
